Plant Operations and Maintenance
The Maintenance Department for Northern Gateway Public Schools is managed by the Director of Maintenance, Randy Lovich. The department is responsible for construction and repairs to all property and equipment owned by Northern Gateway Public Schools. We provide services such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and millwork. Schools and sites submit monthly requests for such services.
We also develop in consultation with the Board of Trustees, School Administrators and Leadership the 3 year capital plan and 10 year facility plans. Please see our website under publications and reports for a copy of these plans. These plans help us determine our Divisions long range plans for our facilities.
Infrastructure Maintenance and Renewal Program is a detailed yearly maintenance plan for our facilities and this is developed in consultation with School Administrators and Leadership.
